Vet hospitals are amazing places. Thanks to the kind receptionists at this hospital for helping me scan the microchip of this little dude to get him home! Vet clinics do this free of charge--- taking time out of their busy days to save any animal that walks in the door. Thanks Sun Valley staff!! It's awesome to have compassionate people saving animals 😊

Called this place a little bit ago with a couple questions. The lady that helped me started off good but was not it. She recommend me trying a place with neurology since they do not and had a few suggestions. Her first recommendation was Pacific Veterinarian Emergency and Spcialty Hospital which I should have definitely called first 5-10 minutes away from me. She then went on to recommend a Hospital in San Ramon which is about 20-30 minutes for me no traffic. I let her know that was not an option (knowing others where closer on my list) her response was "You can either wait six hours for a place like Sage or go a little way down the road to San Ramon" in the rudest tone. I let her know again that was not an option and that her assistants was no longer needed. The sweetest lady at Pacific Vet answered all my questions thank you for the recommendation!

This veterinarian office was responsive(not put on hold at all) interested in my dog and what she needed. Got me in for an appt right away. Looked at another vets tests, because that vet (Apollo) never called me back with results. A great experience for a new patient and they called me the next day to see how she was doing.

We called Sun Valley after experiencing our fur baby, Taz , throwing up, coughing, but was still very active. We wee referred to Sun Valley after I got very very upset with our vet we've used the past 11 years. The staff that received my call was so very sweet, showed concern, and made me an appointment for the very next day. I had all documents faxed to Sun Valley and was there on the desk awaiting or us the next evening in a file. Immediately, we were greeted so professionally, met Dr. Sharma , he was perfect! Taz was so comfortable, which is VERY important, they took excellent care of Taz and his daddy's. Dr. Sharma examined Taz, showed us all charges which were NOT high at all. Everything was explained to us. We got Taz's meds and came home where he rested beautifully. The very next day I received 2 calls asking how Taz is! So appreciated! Unheard of during these times, I tell you! Fabulous staff and Dr. Highly recommend Sun Valley Pet Hospital for all your fur baby or babies needs..
