The chicken: crispy, juicy and full of flavor. The syrup tasted amazing, and went well with the waffle! Staff is also super friendly and helpful.

This place is GREAT! We had the most wonderful and thoughtful servers last night, a nice tall, thin, very kind young man, and a very sweet tall thin lady with short hair. I wish I would have gotten their names! They were so sweet. I was sad about some event and got really emotional about it with my adult son while at the table and our servers could tell I was kind of a mess, even though I wish I hadn't been, but unfortunately I was, but they were both so kind and understanding and sensitive, and I REALLY appreciate them for that! Also their service was excellent, as was the food. It was very tasty, hot, and served quickly! The corn muffin the lady brought me made me feel much better too. Lol. Can't wait to go back again soon...this time in a better frame of mind 😊👍

Maybe people that went here has certain expectations upon arrival or they just sensitive but i by far had the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. The food was unbelievable and service was beyond expectations. They still take precaution on covid which from a business stand point makes perfect sense. People may disagree but This spot is better then Roscoes. I will most definitely be going here again before I leave Town…

I came here with a friend Sunday afternoon. There was a line but it moved fast. We both ordered Keith’s Tackle and shared an extra side of yams. For how busy they were, the food came out in a moderate time. Everything about the meal was perfect. I have no complaints about anything. I am a very picky and a critical eater/diner so for me to consider this absolutely perfect is saying a lot. The price is real cheap for the Bay Area. Something like this in San Jose would cost $21, but here the meal was only $12.75!!!!

No parking in front or across the street from the restaurant. Parking garage across the street $12-$15. Just drive around until you see metered parking.

I've never had the opportunity to call them. Possibly you called at a time when the place was busy? 'I've seen that, when the that place gets busy, it can get hella busy. Worthy to note that--- the hella busy time Ii visited-- the staff never got behind iin seating and serving customers. They definitely demonstrated that they could pick up the pace. (and I guess not the phone...)
