I used express delivery for my passport and they lost it? What is wrong with usps? The lady at the front desk is also not helpful at all, they just give me a piece of paper and tell me just follow the instructions.

Had a terrible experience for a passport appointment I had booked here. The facility has no signs to indicate where to go. Mr. Yu from the staff was particularly rude. When I approched his window to ask where I should go for passport appointments, his response was "I have a customer". I had to stand in the shipment line to figure out where to go.

One of the mailbox outside fits small packages, inside they have the self service kiosk. Don’t get mad with the staff they are friendly if you are nice with them.

I had to ship 17 boxes. I went to other post offices and employees were rude and inefficient. But at this post office, everyone was kind and proficient. Navdeep helped me in a record time, giving me a bin to bring my boxes inside and processing each box in record speed. She was so good, and the whole team was friendly and supportive.
