Great community center! Indoor and outdoor pools Music bar What else do you need 😃 Per person prices if you do not have a pass $10 on a week day $20 weekends (bit steep)

Yeah it has a Rack and dumbbells..

Is this pool open to the public? What is the membership fee?

The pool is not open to the general public. One must own property or be a guest of a property owner. The membership fee is the cost of buying a piece of property, plus annual dues and taxes.
