2nd time coming here, and both times not a single patient waiting and staff sitting there on there phone refused to take me to get my drug test done for a employer. Said next appointment isn't until Thursday. Yet my confirmation says today and again Noone is in the waiting area.... staff was rude as well

Showed up early for 7:45 appointment. No one came to open doors. No notice posted on door Left at 0830 for Lab Corps across the street. No appt necessary.

My daughter and I have been using this Quest location for our blood tests for several years. Thank goodness for Miss Karen! Her expertise as a clinician, and her polite and kind disposition make these visits pleasant. She really has a special touch, especially when it comes to her patients with special needs. We appreciate her help very much.

Arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Signed in. No one appeared at the front desk for 15 minutes. After waiting another 5 minutes without any acknowledgement, I ask the person why she took a walkin before my scheduled appointment. The employee was very rude and indifferent and told me I could leave. Very unprofessional!
