It's a big box store. If you want great service, you'll be disappointed. If you expect big box store service, you'll be pleased. Most of the staff are very helpful and will do their best to get you what you need. It's my serving favorite lowes on the peninsula.

Horrible customer service....Asked to use my military discount and just because it didn't take the 10% off 2 of the associates didnt want to ask or do anything. Was just told sorry it didn't work. I'm verified and everything works online but thats was it. they didn't want to ask or anything. It was a savings of $30. I asked for the store manager and was told not available. Left the store called 10 times just for someone to keep picking up the phone and hanging up !!!!!!!

I shop this Lowe's regularly. It has been somewhat basic with respect to service. However, yesterday was an exceptional 5 star day. Chris in doors and windows could not have been more helpful and informative. Then, Alfonza in blinds was just as amazing in his help and going the extra mile to answer our questions. Maybe it's new leadership or just a good day but Lowe's hit a home run!!!
