Got takeout a few months ago when they reopened, and I meant to leave a review then. Excellent service and superb food. The person who took my order on the phone was very kind--I think it was Leslie? I also appreciated that they gave me banchans (side dishes) in little containers! Sad I'll be leaving the Upper Valley but I would definitely recommend Yama/Young's for authentic Korean food!

I tried takeout at this restaurant for the first time and found the food to be amazing. The sushi rolls were put together nicely and every ingredient tasted fresh and flavorful. The sushi rice is delicious. It’s also cheap and exactly how I would expect it to be like in Japan. The fresh Unagi sashimi (freshwater eel) was the best I have ever had and is simply the best fish I have ever had besides miso black cod or a well cooked Chilean sea bass. I would highly recommend visiting this cute restaurant even if it is only for the sushi rice it will be worth your time.

The place was crowded, but we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly. The sushi was fresh and the food came out fast. The specials at the end of the menu are delicious, and the quality of meat is really good. Scallion pancake appetizer is also delicious. This place is really good, especially compared to the already good Sushiya. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for an authentic, delicious Korean meal!
