I would rate higher if possible. I recently moved to New England from Texas in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. I had noticed a crack in a ring shortly after getting it back from being resized 6 months ago. Stores were all closed because of the pandemic and I was nit able to ise my warranty Kara G. Kays from the Hulen mall Ft. Worth location worked with with me through email for months and checked in on me to assure me the ring would be fixed. When I came into the Kays in Lebanon I was a little nervous because I was not sure how the situation would unfold and some of the reviews on here were not the best. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and it was nice to see the staff being so thorough following safety measures (wearing mask, wiping down screens, making sure store was not above capacity ect). I was helped by a wonderful person named Jessalyn( sorry I misspelt it). She was amazing and walked me through the whole process and made me feel like a valued customer. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service! I have always had nothing but great customer service from Kays Jewlers and now I've used them in multiple states. Staff is willing to go above and beyond for you and they are honest about wait times, financing, and care more about the customer than making money. If anyone wants to buy jewlrey, not feel pressured, and recieve amazing service; I highly recommend this company!

We bought a very expensive watch from Kay Jewlers which stopped working in less than three years. I took it to Kay in West Lebanon, NH who first replaced the battery (which we paid for), but that didn't solve the problem. They sent it out for repairs. When I returned a month later they could not locate the watch, but fortunately found it the following day. They said that there would be a $81 charge to fix the watch. When I suggested that a very expensive watch should be expected to work for more than 3 years, and that Kay should be responsible for the repairs, they said that it was not something over which they had control, but I should call customer service. More than half an hour and five phone calls to customer service resulted in seventeen transfers followed by five disconnects. When I finally reached a person, she said that in spite of the fact that that the store had just sent me to customer service, it was actually the store that would have to make the decision to solve the problem . This is not the type of customer service that is reasonable when purchasing an expensive watch.
