Very nice staff. Good selection of pet food. I was able to find specialty food for my dog. A little pricey for certain foods. They also had the wet kitten food I have been searching everywhere for.

Quick stop to pick up cat food & a bag of dog treats for my pup! I was shocked to see how much the prices have gone up on antler dog chews however, holy cow!

My dog had a grooming appointment at the West Leb store. I was in the store the day before and I confirmed the appointment because there was a snowstorm coming. I even called the morning of and was assured they were open and taking appointments. I showed up for the appointment and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. Through no fault of his own, the entire staff called out and left him there alone. He told me it could be 6 hours for my dog to get groomed. Someone should have had the courtesy or professionalism to call me and tell me the groomer called out. Perhaps the manager. This didn’t happen. I kept my appointment, the store should have as well. Or at least have the decency to cancel. I’ve been a customer at Pet Smart for over 10 years. I will never bring my dogs here again and I will never purchase a single product from them. My email regarding this issue went unanswered by corporate. I’m not surprised by the general lack of customer service.
