It’s ok. I’ve had and heard of better. Doesn’t help to break the viscous cycle of unemployment led by medical conditions. Still feel like I’m on my own to investigate. They have a lot of extra services but they have year long waits. Fortunately, if you have insurance, you can go elsewhere for those services.

Needed TB test for volunteer activity. When I called, the person I talked to wasn't sure of the price so she checked and called me back 5 minutes later. They were the cheapest in the tri-valley area at $20 for the test and the reading. I had a couple of forms that needed to be filled out and they took care of that too. Extremely nice and professional staff.

Had my first visit yesterday. The front desk staff and registration people were very kind and conscious of social determinants of health and seem very accessible to people from all backgrounds. Somehow they got alllll my medical history without me even doing a consent form. Which was surprising but welcomed! the doctor was very kind but the visit seemed a tad rushed as I wanted to share a detail or two that I thought was pertinent but she didn’t seem to have time for it. overall a very pleasant experience. Excited to start care here.

Quite and clean place. Stuffs are nice and friendly. And recently they started doing the blood test here. You dont have to go to Quest anymore if u don't want to.
