I was calling to set up a phone appointment with my doctor. The customer service rep Karika was very rude in talking and even arguing. I had to talk to her manager Melanie in explaining the situation and booked the appointment through her. This wasted me 30 minutes. What a broken system is Kaiser and what a bad training it provided. After Covid-19, many things are changed in the bad way, even some enterprises made tons of money from it. Services are getting worse and worse overall. Today's case is just a little one, I saw many other customers complain and the problems they encountered. Where is the management and what are they doing?

Our family has been KP members since 1970's. It has improved, though gradually. There are definitely truly dedicated physicians, nurses, and staff. They understand they will eventually use the system themselves and try their best to contribute. Of course, there are laggards and I notice the local administration keeps tab on feedback from the public. Please keep it up!
