Our room was not very clean...and we were disappointed that the pool was out of order, especially during a heatwave. The breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is a bit dated and requires a bit of love and care. Hotel staff was very friendly helpful and kind. The hotel was kept clean.

This hotel is a joke, don't waste your money. Breakfast buffet is hilarious it's so empty. Manager on duty on July 4th am was so rude. Another day we asked for extra pillow, firstly gave a dirty one then gave one with clean cover but was made of broken up sponge or something. Asked for extra blankets and got told they had none. Asked for extra towel and told they had run out but they were doing laundry so would bring them later. Definitely never coming back here.

Positive: There wasn't much i liked about this hotel. I have stayed at Staybridge before and this was worst. Negative: Pool wasn't working. Hot tub wasn't working. Food was horrible. Room was dirty and microwave was broken (had a 2 bedroom suite). Crumbs in the chair when checked in. Stains on the carpeting. Arm rest on the chair was broken. Just dirty all around.
