You can't win here. Either the drive-thru line is a mile long or their "system is down". They have signs saying you can do takeout via the mobile app, but both doors are locked half the time. Edit: tried to give them another shot. Asked for regular nuggets and they gave me spicy.

Online the hours say open at 6:30 a.m. I stopped at 6:45 and no one was there. Not sure if none of the staff bothered to show up on time, or if they just didn't feel like doing their jobs.

Can't stand the idea that they were not going to take my order at the counter. The sign said that I had to place my order on some kind of app and then pick it up and eat in. Luckily the gentleman said he would take it since I was the only one that was there. Don't like kiosks or apps. The food was good, but it felt like they didn't really want my business unless I was tech savvy.

It’s time for this location to consider opening the in door dining again - the drive thru line is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no getting through this line without waiting at least 40 minutes. It says on the door that inside is open to mobile pick up but the door is still always locked. This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s location in this area. Completely inconsiderate to their paying customers.
