As of yesterday they raised their rental prices by 60%! They bandaid fix everything. Trailers full of mold and never repaired. Forcing people to move or be homeless is what they are doing! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

It's not really kept up well!! You wait for weeks to get a problem taken care of sometimes. The big Garbage Bin everyone puts garbage in is overflowing by time it's emptied once a week! It's gross smelling and stuff gets blown around.
