The rooms were clean and funky chugey decor. (I loved it) I was quoted one price at night and was charged another in the morning for the previous nights stay. The staff were kind enough to fix it all and all recommend if your tired off the jersey turn Pike

My uncle had his wedding here!! Was really really beautiful!! The staff did a great job of wiping the stairs down when it rained!! Great venue!! Food was great! The colors The bride used here were very pretty!! If you live in the area and need a venue I would used this place as 1 of the options!!

Just Me

Upon checking in I met Silvie and she was fantastic. She helped me with my food, find some food, and gave me advice for the area. She was so helpful and that is what makes customer service great. She listened to my concerns and then helped. The world is missing that these days, but Silvie rocks!!! Kudos to the Holiday Inn for having her as a part of your team!

Room was great. Very clean and comfy. Bed was very comfy didn't want to get up! Pillows were perfect and plentiful. The coffee maker ( keurig ) was a bit tricky to use and there was no microwave so had to keep running to the lobby to heat food. Housekeeping was banging on the door at 8 am waking us up to bring a microwave into the room. I told them my daughter and 3 yr old grandson were sleeping and she came in talking loudly and woke them both up. We were there for a family funeral and was rudely woken up before the service. There is a mini "store" in the lobby and fresh baked cookies in the evening in the lobby. They have breakfast for an additional 10.00 charge you can add to your room fee if desired. Aside from the sadness of the funeral and rudeness of housekeeping waking us up it was a very nice and quiet stay.
