Washing machine not balanced - put it in writing - rep comes late, without phoning, adjusts legs even though he was told that wasn't the problem, we believe the tub is off center, he tells us he's been doing it for over 15 years - well he shouldn't have bc no more than 15 minutes and +$200 we have same issue and i have to wait another 2 weeks for an appt, they tell me i have 90 warranty in done done BUT WORK DONE SUCKED AND DIDN'T SOLVE PROBLEM X I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER FEE

Absolute worst experience you can imagine. This is the condensed version of my experience: The freezer portion of the unit was leaking due to ice build-up blocking the drain. A tech showed up, hammered out the ice and cleared the drain. That was Monday afternoon.(Jan 3rd) I went into the fridge early Tuesday AM and all the food was warm. The temp on the door showed 35deg for the fridge and 1deg for the freezer but the unit wasn't working. 4 days an IM(Where the guy in the chat said the best they could do was the 26th!) and 4 phone calls later and I'm getting nowhere. The fridge/freezer was working fine prior to the tech arriving and now I have a freezer and fridge full of bad food and I'm getting a run-around. I'm telling the folks on the phone that I have no place to put food and all I keep hearing is "I'm sorry for your difficulty" and "The emergency dispatch will call you in an hour" I can't get a supervisor on the phone, when I ask for one I'm told "He's busy but you'll get the same answer" or "The supervisor will call you shortly" That was two days ago and again yesterday. This is absolutely insane. I've been a Sears customer for 40yrs and a home repair customer for over 20 yrs and I'm completely disgusted. SO...Almost $500 for the "repair", a fridge full of bad food and no response from Sears. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give negative stars but the system won't let me.

The third party service company called 4 days before my appointment and said they had a service person in our neighborhood today. They said they would come between noon and 5pm. The service person arrived at 6:30, with no updates. Great news, diagnosis took 3 minutes and the part needed was on the truck. At 9pm we had a working refrigerator. Technician was courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable.

We had 2 repairmen on 2 separate occasions. They were both outstanding. If our rating were to have been just about them we would have given them 5 stars. We were less satisfied with the phone schedulers, who were not always friendly. We were VERY UNSATISFIED with appointment availability. We had no usable refrigerator and had to wait 3 weeks for the first repair visit to ascertain the problem, then almost 3 weeks for the followup visit where the parts were installed. A total of 6 weeks without a refrigerator.
