You can call this "the hood" if you want, but this McDonald's spot is better than the stuck up one in Neptune. They are much friendlier here, and no one rolls their eyes at you when you ask for extra BBQ sauce. Or, fresh salty fries. They move fast, work together, and are just more polite. I prefer to go to Asbury instead of Neptune... Go figure. #satisfied

When my husband and I want to treat ourselves, we do not go to the many fine dining establishments of Asbury Park, but rather, we roll up through the drive through of McDonald’s. Yes, the food is consistently McDonald’s food, but really it’s the service that makes this Main Street location such a special place. We have never had an experience anything short of pleasant, fun, enjoyable and friendly. It’s rare to find so many wonderful young people working at any food establishment — the employees at McDonalds on Main Street in Asbury park never fall short of making us feel like cherished friends. It’s where we go when we need a pick-me-up, not just a meal pick up. Truly, every single worker at this location deserves recognition and a raise.

This is my new favorite McDonald’s in the entire state of New Jersey. In addition to having the friendliest staff, this super tiny store is one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. They handled my special request (check out that kickass Triple Stack) with a smile. I even got to chat with the manager who gave me some great 411 about the store and its operation. I will visit every chance I get!
