Went here 2 weeks ago for my niece birthday food was so disgusting the mozzarella sticks taste like they are from the dollar store it was cold, and very nasty. fries was hard,the burrito my nephew ordered was so spicy he couldn't eat it and my nieces chicken tenders was hard as a brick i spent 100 dollars on food i couldn't even eat because it was disgusting nobody has reached out at all this is bad for business i cant believe this .

Horrible service! They need to better train their staff! The waiter was chewing his food while bringing other peoples food. Our waiter literally Stand in front of us, without greeting or something. We had to guess he was asking for the drink order. We are waiting for like 15 mins for our drinks. Very disrespectful people. Arguing in front of customers.

I was seated pretty promptly however getting a waitress was a bit hard once I did I ordered and she got that wrong I also ordered a unsweet tea and got that wrong so I paid my bill and waited to get a refill of ice tea which never happened so the only person roving around the restaurant was the bus boy. I always enjoy the food at IHOP but the service is just absolutely is atrocious. I left a dollar for a tip. The enthusiasm of my waitress was mind-numbing.

I ordered a combo with poached eggs. The first time the poached eggs came out, the eggs were cooked all the way through as if they were hard boiled. When the server brought the eggs back to tell the cooks that the eggs were cooked all the way through and not poached, the cooks loudly said "it is poached. If they wanted the yolks to be runny then they should have ordered it 'poached over easy'!" (I was seated close to the kitchen and had a view In.) In which the server came to apologize to me and said she had told them to poach my eggs over easy. The picture attached to this review is the result of "poached over easy". By the time I received this sorry excuse for poached eggs, I was no longer hungry. The rest of the meal was sadly very dry and hard as well. The past times I have come, there was no issue with the food but now the food has become as sad at the service. Very disappointing.
