Look, here's the deal. It's a service station in New Jersey right off the highway, so set your expectations accordingly. The lines for everything were pretty long, but I was also traveling at a high-traffic time. What I specifically wanted to call attention to, and what I especially appreciated, was the presence of a vegan food option at the little convenience store. They had a chickpea salad-esque wrap. It was pretty solidly just okay, but the fact that they *had* it was meaningful during a very frustrating drive. Everything else was fine; the bathrooms were clean, the Starbucks was competent, and the experience was just fine. But the availability of a vegan food option elevated the rating here.

Clean rest area. Friendly employees at the Starbucks. Clean restrooms. Prices on the expensive side but you pay for convenience. Would recommend to everyone who needs a snack, restrooms and fuel.

It's one of the smaller service areas on the NJ Turnpike, just before Exit 12. It's neat and clean, bathrooms are also well maintained. There's a Popeye, a Pizza store, Starbucks and a convenient inside the building. Compared to other service areas, I found this one relatively less crowded.

Good food selection for a service area. Clean restrooms most of the time. Has a full convenience store and Starbucks with a more innovative setup than the average highway pit stop. Recently added an auntie Ann's as well for dessert.
