Good clean place, doesn't have much in terms of sewing though. No foam, nothing like that. But the rewards program is worth it.

I called this location after being put in the enormous bind by one of my distributors, it’s a long story and I’ll spare you the details. However what I will share is the incredible customer service I got from the manager. She went way above and beyond what is required of her job description, and not only track down a very difficult product to get, she also was able to reach out to several other district managers to see if they had any additional containers to provide me so my company can continue to finish up this project. Her name is Shelby and I got to say very rarely do you find someone who is not only open to helping you, but does it with sincerity and effort, I know that’s a strange combination to say but unfortunately nowadays customer service in most places suck. She gets a 10 out of 10 in my book I highly recommend going to the store they clearly have your best interest at heart Thank you Shelby you’re one in 1 million

LOVE Michaels!!! Well, I love all craft stores really.. but this place has a huge selection of all things crafts! If you can make it, they can give you the supplies to get there. Not without cost though, they are pretty expensive in general. However, make good use of their weekly coupons, never go without one(if you do forget one, ask at the counter and they will usually apply the one for that week!). If you plan to spend a good chunk of money on something shiny though, wait until the best time of the year sales happen(usually once each season), combine that with a coupon and you can make out pretty well. Also, keep an eye out for close out sale price stickers in the mix of all the others(usually yellow/red), you can really make out with those(50-75% off). Keep on crafting!!
