Auto Glass Now on West Grand in West Oakland has been my go-to for over 10 years now. In my own ups and downs (sometimes a low income single mama student, sometimes rollin up in the Lex ready to pay), they've taken great care of me. In overhearing their conversations with other customers -- individual and B2B -- I can tell it's just part of how they operate. The last time, my window was replaced but wasn't responding to the switch. I pulled back in, told a guy who happened to be one of the only Black people there (most, if not all a variety of IPOC), and he worked through getting it done with a few rounds of trouble-shooting. I ended up learning he was the president of the company. My experience from the front counter and all the way through, every time, has been helpful and positive.

I had my side passenger window smashed earlier today and was totally rescued by Auto Glass Now!!! They were able to fit me in before they closed and fixed the window in maybe 30 minutes tops, all the while with top notch customer service. Thank you for the excellent work you do, it really saved my day.

I was a loyal Auto Glass Now Oakland customer having used them multiple times, but not anymore. I had my windshield replaced today. Not only did they destroy my white headliner with black fingerprints all over the inside of the vehicle, but they also broke the driver’s side wind deflector, which is causing a ridiculous amount of wind noise. It seems they thought they could get away without telling me they had broken it. What a terrible customer experience. Likely hundreds of dollars damage, more than the invoiced amount. This is a hugely disappointing experience. Update: I brought the vehicle in. The manager did not apologize for the shoddy work and offered to glue the pieces back together, which is a temporary fix at best. No accountability with this business! Stay away!

Just now seeing your clam against the shop. I was there and yes I was training a new techs at that time and I apologized and fixed it myself its sad your not 100% honest with your review and if I'm not mistaken havent you return with your "newer" cars and we took care of you very well? Yes we make mistakes with replacement at times but we stand by our work for as long as you own your car.
