My husband and I had a pickup order and some items we had to purchase in the store. We couldn't find the wax seal we needed and Afton (I may have spelled her name wrong) in the paint department was super helpful, we got what we needed quickly and she was super nice. The pickup order was also ready very fast and everything we ordered was in there. Great service!

So I call for product availability and was on hold for quite some time and the guy finally picks up after the nice lady went and asked him to, then he tells me that the dont see roof racks to which I reply it says on line you do. And he says well idk where it’s at if we do!!! Like come one man!!!

Good quality of plants available. Seems like mostly flowers but a lot of veggies too. Tuesday was very helpful in getting me equipment to set up a shade for my garden.

I purchased a refrigerator top of the line in February, 2022 on line when I moved to Redmond, Oregon. The day of the delivery I was told they would not take the old refrigerator because I had not paid the extra $30 fee for removal. I offered to pay it on the spot. They told me it was "too late" to have it paid then and that if I wanted the old fridge removed I would have to wait for an unknown period of time and pay for it. I told them that would not work as I did not have anywhere to store it. I then asked for a refund. It took Home Depot over one month to return the money to my credit card after I had to put money in to pay the fee to my credit card company for the amount of the refrigerator. I will buy my appliances at Costco from now on. Their policies are much more customer friendly.
