Went i wanted 3 chics there is 3 people at cash registers and lady tells me I'd have to wait because the person is on lunch, seriously they are right there put them in box scan code not hard and there's 3 of you literally standing there doing NOTHING! So guess I'll go to coastal for chics since you just disappointed my 4yo.

Nice selection of items. Clean store but.. Help was very hard to find until they paged him over the intercom. Vry helpful once we made contact. Prices seem a lil high.

I'm very disappointed with the service I just received from the grooming center. There was a mixup and my appointment was for 9am and I thought it was at 9:30am. I admit, that was my fault. However, when the bill was ready, they charged me a $10 rush fee (the lady said for being late). I am disappointed in the lack of communication. If I would of known there would of been a late fee, I would of booked a new appointment before services.

Bought a beautiful outdoor plant last weekend on Saturday. I am a plant collector so I brought it upstairs in my bathroom to quarantine like I do all my plants I bring in as the weather has been to cold for this one to go outside. On Tuesday I noticed aphids crawling all over the top of the plant on the new leaves. I work Monday through Friday so on Saturday I called to see how I could return the plant not wanting to bring it in the store and was told they don't do any returns or credits for plants. I was offered a $10 gift card I spent $40 on the plant. The gentleman that I spoke to was nice and advised me to reach out to the manager on Tuesday to see if she can assist me. Hopefully she will be able to at least give me a $30 credit. Super disappointed that customers have to jump through hoops when store should make it right. Definitely will not be buying any plants here ever again. Looks like it's Lowe's and Home Depot for me!

Hello, Ranch Life. Wilco doesn't offer a DIY dog wash, but does offers grooming services performed by groomer. Our dog grooming is priced by the length of time the groom takes and what add-on services are provided rather than the size of the dog. To get an accurate quote, please call the grooming salon at your Wilco Store. You can also view the monthly grooming special on our website. We do need to have a current rabies certificate on file before we can groom. Thank you for thinking of us!

Hello, Lynn. I'm sorry rabies vaccinations are not something that Wilco is authorized to sell because it is state regulated and a veterinarian must administer the vaccine. We are working to get a mobile vet that comes by one time per month that can administer rabies vaccines to come to our central Oregon stores. Wilco does sell other canine combination vaccines that include Parvo, Corona, Lepto, Distemper, etc. For the quickest response, check our website or contact the store directly about the products we carry. Hello, Nicholas. I'm sorry Wilco doesn't sell Deschutes National Forest Firewood cutting permits. According to the Forest Service website, you can purchase one from the Bi-Mart right across the street from us.
