When we encountered a speed bump along the way during my first install with them they did an excellent job of going above and beyond to make sure the error was corrected. The broken rear windshield wasn't necessarily their fault as the trunk had a broken hinge that was pushed beyond its threshold during the install. My second install wasn't without speedbumps either. My hvac was broken during the install. I was assured I'd receive a call when the replacement part arrived. After my first experience with them I was confident they would follow through. They didn't. 3 weeks later I placed a call with courteous demeanor to check in. Dude on the phone sounded grumpy and promptly said "it's not here yet!" In a manner that gave me the impression they had no intention of following through. I didn't have time to fix it mysef and ended up having to spend $500 to have it fixed. Made me think back to a comment I ignored the day I picked up my car after the second install. Guy had the audacity to blame the broken part on the interior quality of subarus. There's some truth to that but it's not as if my preferences don't have specific and valid reasons unrelated to the interior quality. My stereo sounds seriously awesome which is why the review remains 3 stars but I just don't have the confidence to bring my car back to them without fear that something else will be broken.

Walked in as a GPa. Wasn’t looking for fancy or expensive. In a very short period of time, my problem with my car’s steric was fixed at a very fair price. Love the sound and very grateful for the good service and fair price !!

Made an appointment to have some speakers installed in my car. Guy came out to move my car (no mask or gloves) not a fan of strangers driving my car. But he was friendly. Told us it could be up to 2hrs. So we took a walk to the park. After an hour, we came back to a taco shop for a soda and waited for a phone call. After 1 hour and 45 min we decided to walk back to the stereo shop. My car was parked out front. Knowone had called us to let us know it was ready. Guy working inside was friendly and quick checking us out. Though he was not wearing a mask either. Speakers work great. It's nice to have a stereo again in my car. But if you are immuno compromised, have health issues, be aware that safety is not taken when in contact with customers or their vehicles.

Can’t recommend them enough, I had a head unit installed by them. The head unit was defective out of the box, they had me come in, replaced the head unit, added a back up camera, AND wired up the subwoofer I had sitting in the back of my car for me! Great guys. Always making it right with the customer!
