I love this location. Very friendly, they get my order correct everytime. My sister and I go there every morning! They even give my doggie a treat! We love “Friend” at the order window, she knows our voice and order by heart!

The best part of my day is starting it off seeing the amazing team at Dunkin on Northfield Ave! Angel and the entire Dunkin team are the absolute best. They are so friendly and have amazing customer service (they even remember our order)! Great customer service goes a long way!

Edit due to owner reply- Firstly, a review is not "public shaming." In fact, I messaged you about a year ago about a bad incident at this location rather than post a public review. Unfortunately things haven't changed. The incident in question was ordering an oat milk latte and getting a mocha one day, and a pumpkin latte the second day. I said "oops, I had an oat milk latte!" assuming it was an honest mistake. I heard your manager badmouthing me in the back, then she came over and accused me of ordering an entirely different drink. That is bad service, period. I asked the teenager working if the manager was always like that, and she leveled with me and said "yea, she has a temper." I require very little in the way of customer service. I order basic drinks and I'm non-confrontational. I think you have some problems to address that frankly, you either can't see or won't see. Best of luck. Original review: The customer service here is...rough. I've had the manager accuse me of ordering a different drink multiple times after nicely telling them they had given me the wrong order. I think this is an overworked manager who likely needs a very long vacation. I'm generally very forgiving of mistakes - I worked drive through as a teenager and sometimes people are hard to understand. But a mistake is no excuse to be mean. Unfortunately the other manager and owner are generally dismissive of complaints, rarely offering an apology. The response is usually that this location is busy and "has great reviews for customer service" (lol what? The reviews are terrible). I live five minutes from here and basically avoid it as much as possible because I've never felt welcomed and have had issues with the service. I don't like to be accosted while ordering a $4 coffee with my kids in the car. Thank god a Starbucks opened in town. ALSO- they don't follow the plastic straw ban. When the law first went into effect they were giving out paper, now it's back to plastic every time (without asking)

Always a bad experience at this location. They have the longest wait time no matter which day and what time. They got my order wrong. When i pointed it out, they asked me what my order was. Thought they got it right the second time but they missed 2 items in my order. Asked them again and they gave me another bag. This time they left out one of the items again. The attitude was really bad. No apology for messing up 3 times on the same order. I will drive far if need but never at this location again. I tried their Sourdough sandwich and it was nothing like the pics. Just 2 slices of bread with egg thrown in, no toasting or anything.
