Thank you West Orange Main Street NJ location for your wonderful customer service and help. Employees there were helpful, efficient, friendly and polite. They helped us bring heavy items out to the car. We needed items quickly and stopped in ten minutes before close and employees were still eager to assist us. The gentlemen working at this location are an asset to Auto Zone. We will be back again :)

Bad customer service they have a old guy working here that is very slow I came here to get a part that the guy from 2 day ago told me they have I did not buy the part 2 days ago I came back for the part the system say they have the part the lazy old man Wright down the part number went in the back and talk with his friend came back out 10 min later and tell me they don’t have the part he never bothered looking for the part that old man is to slow and lazy he needs to be fired.

My most recent visit there was a pleasant surprise. Service was swift and polite. There must have been a change in management. I am very pleased as it is the nearest auto parts store to my house.
