No one is here to assist the customers. I put my clothes to dry and the heat was coming up but the dryer was not spinning. Wasted my money.

OLD MACHINES, DIRTY CONDITIONS, RUDE STAFF! The place is disgustingly dirty. There is no staff to clean the machines. The machines are old and need repair. You’ll spend 3x here than at any other laundromat because the machines do not wash or dry clothes. There is no enforcing of mask-wearing or social distancing. This is a corona virus hoard. I will be reporting this to the respective officials because this business has been terrible since the owner moved in. I only came because the laundromat I usually go to was busy but atleast they are clean! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Terrible customer service. The owner is very rude. I called there because I just moved to the Montclair area and wanted some information about the laundry mats in the area. The owner told me to just come in and take a look and then hung up the phone on me. So I won’t be going there to wash any clothes either now or in the near future.
