Had no issues with the machines. Lady working the counter had a guy push him way in front of others and she made sure he went back to his spot without any kind of scene, very professional place.

The Redmond location is 100x cleaner and less busy than Bend. I make the 12 minute drive out there just to avoid the Bend location. I've gone on different days of the week and times, and it's never been too busy. Customer service the two times I've needed assistance was friendly and helpful.

This used to be a nice place but ever since Covid hit standards have nose dived...now it's dirty and smelly all the time. The divider that seperat customers need to be wiped down...Worst is the sidewalk outside stained brown with all the drippings of of leaking bags that we all have to stand in while waiting to get in...Please power wash the side walks every once in a while

I think they probably take 350 cans per day, that is the amount the Bend Bottle Drop will let you take back in 1 day.
Correct. The biggest container we can take for juice,water or and redemption is 1.5 L.

No wine bottle. With lableless bottles if you find the labels stick them in the bottles for hand count.
No put all cans plastic glass all in one bag we have a machine that separate them and counts them al Please dump out all liquid from bottles make it easier to sort with the sorter
