I don't appreciate paying a delivery fee and tipping your driver Awsaf if he can't follow my instructions. You say it's contactless delivery and he wants me to come out of my house to his car to get my pizza. That's not delivery. The time I really need my food at my door bc im sick. He gives me a hard time. 😡😡😡😡

If you order your food during the day time it maybe okay, but i’ve been having trouble with night orders which can take up to 2 hours to deliver. Not sure what’s the problem here.

I remember how this place used to be ok. The place to get your pizza on a weekend or on a day youbdont feel like cooking. Now it's just plain terrible. No love is put into the food; it's either overcooked, burnt, or your food comes cold. DONT GET ME STARTED WITH DELIVERIES!. I think their GPS for their app doesn't work well. You give a address and they're parked somewhere up the block almost 2 blocks away. Not every driver is incompetent but the ones not paying attention and probably complaining about the tips... you might want to do your delivery job a lil better then.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Today I placed an order at 12:51 PM on their website for only two things. It was a simple order. I got a notification at 1:37 PM that the driver was on his way. The order never arrived. I tried calling and nobody picked up. I have never experienced such service. This is disgusting. Never ordering from them again. At least provide a direct line where customers can call.

Bcuz they know hella complaints coming in
I ordered pizza Friday night that I never received, but was billed for. Called to find out where the driver was because the app asked how i was enjoying my meal since i received it (which I didn't), driver said he called me seven times my phone never rang and i was waiting outside. Called the store and they hung up on me the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend them.
My pizza not cooking good still paste I threw it on the trash never order dominos again
