I ordered pizza Friday night that I never received, but was billed for. Called to find out where the driver was because the app asked how i was enjoying my meal since i received it (which I didn't), driver said he called me seven times my phone never rang and i was waiting outside. Called the store and they hung up on me the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend them.
This is a lie. It takes them such a long time because they are slow. They deliver to apartments I live in West 12th and they go. It's been over an hour now still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
It takes a hour because there is more then just your order in the store to go out for delivery and everyone has to go down to pick up their order, drivers do not go to apartments.
Worse place,around. When you are disabled they make you come downstairs for the food
