Be sure to call/schedule your taxi at least 15-25 minutes before you need it since the last few times I called they were late/slow by the aforementioned times. The women on the phone were very kind and efficient, though. I'll probably use the service again, but definitely won't rely on them being punctual.

awesome service! not a big company and i like that. i like knowing whos picking me up and the drivers always remember my name. you dont find that in any of that in the big companies. if i ever have a problem the driver or the people who answer the phones always accommodate me. i had a few problems with one of the guys who answered the phones at night and a driver who thought he mister hot shot but when i drove with one of the newer drivers resently i was informed i no long have to worry about feeling like a second rate customer and that the company was working hard to restore its good namr i was impressed! i will continue taking marathon taxi they are 5 star company in my opinion

Driver was fine and they were quick on New Year's Eve! Much cheaper than Lyft and a ton cheaper than Uber. But the was, well it was a cab - not as clean and fresh as you get from those ride apps. The thing that really dropped the score was when the driver got a call from dispatch that was loud and heavily laden with the "f" word.. not very professional at all.

I love this Taxi company...always fast and on time and there's some super cool cab drivers....definitely highly recommend them...way better than all other local cab spots...
