We ordered pictures for a collage we have to make for my father in laws wake. Went to pick up the photos and was told that the machine ran out of ribbon so they could only print one picture. No phone call, no calling a close location to have them printed, nothing. Horrible. CVS should be able to train their employees to service their customers better. You claim you provide a service, as a huge chain, your employees should be able to trouble shoot or keep stock of supplies so that they can fulfill orders. Huge inconvenience for such a horrible time my family is going through.

Worst CVS ever. The self check out machines do not work and there is nobody at the counter to help you check out. Make it make sense!!!

I came here on Easter Sunday to pick up some last minute candy around 5 pm and the store was closed even though online and the front sign said open. This is unacceptable. My children are crying.

Worst manager ever! I walked in on Friday 06/18 at night , Wanted to return two items that wasn't even used, usually not having a receipt is not a problem at cvs I know cause I have friends that are managers at CVS, but this time, I don't know what the manager's name was but she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, she wouldn't even look at me when rejecting my request, naver gave a bad review but this time it's necessary to do and say that she should not be a manager, I would've understood the refun policy if she didn't give me that nasty attitude, it's obvious that she's not happy with her job, hope I don't see her again.
