Barely anyone was there to assist with selecting the right product. Unable to sample any of the markers because the samples were under lock 🔐. Other Michael's stores you are able to see what you will be buying. On the positive It's very clean and organized and there was no line so paying was fast and easy. I don't think I'll be going there again though.

As I enter the store, someone always asks if I need anything or if I need help finding something. The store is always well stocked and clean.

Nice and quiet. Store is usually not crowded so it makes it easier to find help. They have so many different things and of course the coupons are great.
