This place is good Helen cut my hair the first time and she's great. However I went a second time and sat in Abraham's chair. Big No no, Richard if you're reading this you need to fire Abraham, he's a disgrace. He can't fade and he left a bald line on my head. I would go back when Abraaham is fired, he's a hack.

Have been a customer for years. Everyone is very friendly. Nice barbershop that accommodates all different hair styles. You can even get a shave there. Very skilled personnel. Yes they know all the latest styles for your kids.

When I moved to Long Island, when I was a kid, my father took me looking for a place for both of us to get a hair cut. We stumbled upon Maple Avenue barber shop (this was back in 1994) went in and we both got our first hairctus on Long Island. As I have gotten older, I have moved further and further East on the Island and still go to get my haircut at Maple Avenue...normally on Thursdays when they are open later. I always wait for Richard...whether that's 10 minutes or 1 hour. When I was first going there with my father Vincent was running the show and Tommy was the barber I always waited for. Since their retirement, I've been getting my hair cut by Richard. Always a pleasure to go there. A real barber shop with good barbers!

Best barber shop on Long Island since I got here! I just put their business hours on Google maps. BTW, both Richard and Gabby are off on Fri and Sat, Abraham is off on Wed.
