Ready on time, and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! Although it may be slightly expensive, the value and quality of both the experience and the final product was totally worth it!

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and I must say that I am impressed with how much he does care for the happiness of his customers and the quality of the service he and his business can provide. He was completely understanding of the situation and offered to correct it. I can honestly appreciate that kind of attention to his customers. Was given a full refund and definitely changed the way I saw this incident ending. I do honestly recommend there services and they do offer beautiful arrangements. "horrible customer service, i placed an online order from them at 8:30 In the morning (on valentine's day) and asked if it could be delivered before 5pm. i have been calling the stores both smithtown and port jefferson all day and no one answers i have also emailed there contact information.
