They don't even deserve a one star rating. This system is beyond awful. It's not fair to people who can't seem to get any answers to their concerns. You can't get a live person on the phone or make an appointment . what's the point of these people working there?

Absolutely awful. To see them, you must have an appointment. To get an appointment, you must call. When you call, you can't get through and they tell you to use irs.gov. When you use IRS.Gov, they tell you to go to a local branch.
It's a useless cycle of stupidity. Just one of many failures of this country.

Can't get a live person on the phone and can't even schedule an appointment to see someone in person. Can't even set up a call back call.....worst service ever!! My refund is many months over due, I'm sure if I owed money to the IRS they would contact me right away.

They are horrible here. Unprofessional, not helpful at all one of the employees almost had me send my documents to the wrong address. It can’t get worse than this building and their staff. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I would like to get copies of tax returns or, to see if anyone is filing taxes in my name for up to 8-10 years. Where should i go to request for that information here in Boston, Ma?

Go to IRS.gov click on the Forms and Instructions tab type in 8962 in the search bar.
I have not received the W-2 forms which I ordered many weeks ago online (government shutdown delay?). Other forms ordered were received. Can I pick up these forms at the Boston IRS office

Generally it takes 7 weeks so you should have got it. But due to end of tax season there might be many applications

Try going on line with your request. They can't handle the volume of calls they generally receive.

You would need to contact the State of Massachusetts Department of Revenue. The office on Sudbury is for federal tax issues.
I do my taxes every year on turbo tax and I follow it step by step. I am 100% honest and I am just scared that I am going to get something in the mail saying I owe money. Is turbo tax accurate or has anyone had any problems with this?

I've always used turbo tax and never had a problem with them. And it's super easy to do your taxes on it.
