I highly recommend this place for dim sum. Quick and delicious. I wish I could have eaten more. This would be a great restaurant to come with friends, lots of dishes to share. They automatically give you tea when you arrive which costs $1.25. It was definitely worth it. There is a $40 credit card minimum and the servers expect to be tipped fairly. I’ll be back! 謝謝

* Warning of Charging Fee you will be charged for drinking a pot of tea and this is mandatory for each serve (they don't let you know in advance)* The restaurant is not that clean. You may feel it from chairs, served plates and cups. But except that, we couldn't find any other flaws about foods. The best way to enjoy the meal here, order many Dim Sums, one Congee, and one main dish (Like Rib) combination. Especially I loved Rib and my BF chose the Custard Egg Yolk Bun as the best.

Winsor is one of my fave DIM SUM place in Chinatown. The food is tasty. One thing I like more about it is that you order directly from the menu instead of taking food from carts, so you don’t have to wait for the food to come out. During my recent visit, they were pretty busy with Takeout and Delivery orders, but still managed to take care of Dine-in customers.
