I love this park I used to take my daughter everyday now she's 32,now I take her daughters to this park,they enjoy playing in this park a lot.

It use to be a great park I use to take my now 11 year old their all the time when she was little we stoped around 3 years ago because it got bad with homeless people or people drinking, older kids making out or swearing. Not a fun place no more. They need to bring the cops back kicking people out that don't belong in the park.

Ciccarone Park is named after Vincent Ciccarone, a combat soldier who gave his life in WW I. Funding for the park came from the War Memorial Fund, established in 1921 by the NYC Police Department. This fund required funded properties to be named after a fallen combat soldier who gave his life in combat.
Its district 6. Its Belmont, west farms, bathgate and east treamont. Little italy is Belmont.
