I've been working there for almost a month and I left a Personal bag in one of the officers and I went back to retrieve it AND it was gone Apparently somebody stole it now this makes me feel very uncomfortable that I can't leave personal stuff in any of the office

This is the worst place ever to work at! My mom spent at least 5 hours trying to pass meds because they don’t tell her who is who! She ran the risk of losing her nursing license! They identified the patients by their clothing! This place is very dis-organized! I do not recommend working at this place!😡

My great uncle is a resident and has been for a little over a year. I live more than 400 miles away and the staff stays in touch with me very often. On my visits there, I have observed a very caring staff. My uncle seems to be very happy there.

The care is quality, the staff are caring and helpful. My mother has been there on three different occasions for short-term rehab and we have had no complaints. They're top of the line on physical therapy. This is a good place to consider when you need this level of care.

Do you have a dept for dementia victims? I'm looking for a place for my mom who is in the late stages if dementia. Thank you, Shellie Burns

Yes there is a dementia unit. But there is certain requirements to get onto the unit. Does your mother walk independently and still use the bathroom? There is also other units for dementia residents who are totally dependent on a person dressing them, transferring them, feeding them. I think Willow point is a very nice place. The care is great and most all staff are very pleasant
