First time needing an electrician, as half our house lost power. Went online, and picked Sylvester randomly, and so fortunate that we did. They arrived when they were supposed to, energetic, and ready to work. Drew and Ryan were not only professional and efficient in how they went about their business, but the rapport and banter displayed had me laughing and smiling while they worked. It's clear they enjoy working together, and it was truly a great experience. Pricing was fair for the work performed,, and everything was explained, in terms a layman like myself could understand. I was given options, without any pressure or up-selling. All in all a GREAT experience from start to finish. If I need any electrical work in the future, they will be the first and only call I make. Great job guys!!!

Sylvester Electric- could not have been pleased with technicians Ryan Sullivan and Joe Green. They were extremely professional pleasant and very efficient. When and if the need arises again for support from licensed electricians they will be the first individuals I will call. They went out of the way to explain what they were doing , the price I thought it was fair, and they were totally professional and extremely pleasant. Also wanted to complement the company for the ease in setting up an appointment there quick response to questions and even when I had to change the original time it was done quickly thoughtfully and respectfully. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Very professional, neat and courteous. I highly recommend using their company for services. I had James Bennett and his helper install a under-cabinet microwave with a dedicated 20 amp breaker and its own outlet. Also I had them install an arc fault breaker for my kitchen outlets. They did a fantastic job! Will definitely use them again!

I have been putting off this review because I am not the kind of person to leave a bad review but I can’t hold out any more. This company was hired to upgrade my panel from a 100 to a 200 amp service. I hired them because I assumed they would do the best job, be the most efficient and professional and they could get it done in the time frame I needed. Needless to say was I wrong. I paid $1600 more than the next closest bid and that was only after they gave me $1000 off if I signed that day. The office was so so with communication. They were almost a month late on the inspection. My ENTIRE panel is labeled completely wrong so I have had to hire another company to come and label it properly. The outside wires arent even secured to the house (they used a couple pieces of electrical tape and those failed. The installers left tools, their jacket, and a bunch of screws all over the basement which my cats and puppy found which would have been a disaster if my wife did hear them. Overall would absolutely not recommend, completely bent me over on this job and I got a worse service and product than other companies that were WAY LESS expensive and came highly recommended. Avoid if you can.
