Amazing Workout, Amazing Environment, And Cute Dog Tldr: A clean, extremely friendly facility, a bit pricey and you are locked into a contract for a year (for the unlimited program im not sure about anything else) easy to use app to schedule sessions and also offers open gym with free weights and cardio equipment. I was recommended this gym by a coworker and i went into it with 0 previous boxing experience, I did the initial free class and was greeted by an amazing and extremely friendly staff and a very cute dog that hangs out on the front desk. The person working reception helped me with my hand wraps and the trainer showed me how to do the punches before the class started. As for the workout itself, its hard, but; unlike crossfit; there is no immense pressure to do something you physically cant do. The trainers will push you hard and ultimately you will rely on yourself for how hard you truly want to push yourself. I leave each session feeling like rocky balboa drenched in sweat and feeling relieved with an overall confidence boost. There are a good amount of men and woman who attend the sessions i have been to aswell. The program is a bit pricey for unlimited sessions and you are locked into a year contract, but overall this gym has a very comforting environment that motivates you to be the best you can. Worth every last dollar!

It’s my safe haven. Having a rough day? Cant get out of your own head come to the gym. They will work you so hard you are hoping the round ends. Between working on combos, form, etc after a few rounds you will forget what you were upset about. Also everyone is friendly. Ive been there over 4 years. The the owner Joe is a great guy. He goes above snd beyond for anyone. The coaches are great to. Hands down the best workout around. I did an 8 week boot camp and shredded back up. But not just through dieting even though that plays a part. They push you and your cardio will increase dramatically. I love it there. Check it out if you love to work then this is the place to do it.

Every workout at Title is different, even if it's the same instructor. They are all amazing at keeping you motivated and coming up with combinations that challenge you. Title workouts are the best way to start my day and I always leave ready to take on whatever the day brings!

I love Title Boxing Club in Manchester! The program is great, an hour of amazing workout in a group! Each person is working out up to his/her own level and the trainers are pushing us harder and harder each time. I have already started to notice the difference in my performance and also muscles. What I also like about Title Boxing beside the workout is the family like relationship between the people who go there, super nice staff and trainers and they tend to keep in touch through social media ... There are some events like Halloween workout which I got to go and it was a blast! There is always a class that you can pick based on your own schedule!
