Worst bank in history! Online banking- doesn't work. Customer service- doesn't know. Other customer service area still doesn't know. My money would be safer in a jar in the pantry.

Our situation was a bit complicated as we purchased a vehicle out of state but the process w/ GSCU went relatively well. Casey was particularly helpful during the application process on two occasions. She contacted the dealership immediately and cleared up necessary documentation to keep our application moving along and we were able to close with her as well. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She followed up after speaking with the dealership right away. We are very thankful to have gotten such a good rate, a difference of 5% from what the dealership offered!

Please open up the lobby. Drive thru line is ridiculous. Have to plan an hour out of my day to deposit money into the bank. SMH. Over two years into the pandemic and this bank still does not have it figure out…..

I understand only having a drive thru with virus. BUT I've been sitting in line for about 25 minutes BARELY moving ( I'm in the line right now). Can you guys like consider that we have work to go back to. What are you going to tell my boss for me about taking so long to deposit checks for work? If someone is taking a million years have them pull over in a designated spot or find employees that can do their job. Note I've now been sitting in the car for a total of 35 to 40 minutes my work phone is blowing up and I cannot return my work phone calls. You guys should be more prepared and learn how to handle the virus. I'll be suggesting to my employer to find a credit union that cares and listens.

Hello, you can visit any branch location for a new card to be instantly issued. If you have our CardControl app you could also utilize that to lock the card for all transactions and turn your card back on for when you need to use it. Cash withdrawals at shared branch locations is also an alternate option to access your funds in the meantime. Thank you!
Yes our branch lobbies have all reopened for service. We continue to operate through drive-up only service and by appointments as needed on Saturday’s.
