During my ordering online I left specific delivery instructions for the driver. He never followed them and I had to go downstairs and outside to pick up the pizza. On top of that, the pizza is supposed to have a quality check. Well, that failed completely. Our pizza crust was still raw inside! Undercooked. Bona Pizza is the best. Very friendly drivers who are always on time or sometimes early. Food is fresh and made to perfection. When in Brooklyn, NEVER order dominoes! Huge fail

I consider myself a VERY patient person with all services and service people, but I have absolutely no patience and tolerance for this Dominos. My order never arrived last night, so I tried calling to get a refund. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone and no one answering, I WALKED all the way to the store. The man said he couldn’t give me a refund because the delivery man was still out and might still deliver my pizza. So I waited and the pizza still never got delivered. I called the following day and was told that the manager who processes refunds will be available to help me the following day at 11pm-midnight after the rush dies down. I’m asleep by then and can’t imagine anyone seriously suggesting one call at so late a time. This location is so incompetent and I HIGHLY advise you avoid it. So frustrating.

Never delivered my pizza. Had 10 guests wait for 3 hours to receive nothing. They sure did charge my credit card & update their tracker as “delivered” no one is picking up the phone at headquarter neither. I wouldn’t go to this location & will be telling everyone about this scam.

Wish I can give them ZERO stars. Stay away from this place if you don't wanna ruin your day. Delivery guy simply refused to deliver the order, but asked me to pick it up outside because he cannot park his car! (Despite the fact I picked the CONTACTLESS delivery option).
