Alaya is the best. My hair is thick and at times unmanageable, but she took her time with it. She did not treat my natural hair like it was a nuisance instead she treated my hair like it was her own, with extreme care. She oiled the ends of my hair before installing anything and her additional detangling was done gently. Around my edges (actually around my entire head) she was very light handed and I have zero worries about having my hairline pushed back. She was quick installing them (I was only there a little over 4 hours) but it never felt like she was rushing me out of there. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was okay. She’s a vibe and the place is extremely comfy. Alaya is punctual AND professional (y’all know we can hardly ever get stylist who are both). I’m someone who doesn’t let anyone in my hair, but Alaya is welcome anytime! I can’t wait to get these again! They look amazing!
