Incompetent at its finest. This store is employee took advantage of my baby boomer mother in regards to trading in a device and upgrading to a new one. Clearly wanted more commission and when he realized he wasn’t getting that he wanted to run to the next sale he felt would be bigger and benefit him more. Be forewarned after 13 years with Verizon I now want to switch due to a lack of customer service skills and this terrible experience. You should be ashamed of your employees and you should offer better training to them. Disgrace and what a turn off.

Scott originally helped me and then had an issue with the actual phone. After check in, I waited to be call and Danny assisted me. He was professional and efficient with the phone swap. Minimal time was spent at the store. Very clean and organized. Purell Sanitizer bottles accessible on all tables throughout the store. Everyone has their own experience and my experience was more than satisfactory.

Do not bother going to this store. Call verizon customer support and go through them instead or go to verizons website and request a call back. When I went to the store they lied to me and they also refused to help me then a store worker came up and said he will help me and he said he will wait a minute I said ok then he went into the back of the store and his colleague said he is on lunch and they said I have to wait 45 minutes to get help same with the sketchy vzw verizon authorized retailer they are even more sketchy so the lesson it do not go to any verizon store it is hopeless or authorized retailer I am myself a professional technician, coder, developer and mechanic in training. From my verizon experience just order the phone online or call verizon customer support. Verizon customer support treats you 100 percent nicer than any store employee will. Hope people who read this review learned something.
