I lived here for about 3 years. The first year was great while Johnathan was there as the manager. Sadly he left and a new manager came in. She is horrible. She jacked up the rents, cut staff so now there are about 3 people to do all the maintenance for the entire property including cleaning the common areas and the children's' play area which is frequently a mess, mechanical upkeep like apartment heaters and toilets, and the landscaping (which used to be one of the best reasons to live here). The morale amongst employees is horrible. Lots of the people who had been living there for a long time left and more college students have moved in. It got really noisy and there were 16-21 year old's hanging outside all the time. Northampton is an amazing city to live in, just find somewhere else to call home.

I have stayed at Hathaway Farms for a little over 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the complex, the maintenance and operation staff, the leasing office, and the overall positive environment of the area. The leasing office has always been very responsive and bend over backwards for their tenets to act in their best interest. Maintenance and Operations staff are always friendly and fix issues in a very timely manner. Parking is free which is a plus with plenty of spots, and in the winter, plowed roads, sidewalks, and parking lots. A lot of green space to walk around and enjoy. Very affordable housing in a great location only a mile from downtown Northampton and very close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and retail stores. Wish I could have stayed here for longer!

Been a resident for a year so far. Management is extremely attentive. They are very quick and professional with maintenance repairs, and the maintenance staff are very knowledgeable. The grounds are immaculately maintened by a constant array of staff. Apartments are very spacious.

Yes and usually just one per unit. A small dog is an extra $45 / month and a cat is $35/month
