They can't even make toast! Sending it back twice didn't help, it was still pale and underdone. Doesn't come close to old Flagship!

I've been to this restaurant a couple of times and in neither occasion did I have an issue. The restaurant is clean and spacious with coat/jacket hooks at each sitting booth. The service is always excellent regardless of when you go. Everything on their menu is fairly priced and worth trying (whether you're looking for something healthy, savory/sweet, authentication, and/or homemade-like). The Locale is never crowded and it's an excellent place to bring family and friends.
