Rented a motorized boat. It was 50 bucks per hour. The process of renting the boat was super smooth. The guys showed us how to start up the boat and was super friendly

It was very beautiful, but not sure if it's legal to park there. I was very nervous while I was walking that the cops would come and give me a ticket or tow my car. Lol

Don't take the risk and park in these places there's a bridge nearby park on the other side of the bridge when entering you'll be fine but never at that place that's how these tow trucks make their money it's unfair to a lot of people there's no mercy

No, you dont have to rent a boat but you get the permit from the same area that you go to rent a boat.
you will see the sign near the parking lot. You can easily look for. I dont put my risk to get a ticket or fight with tow guy for any reason. Wisdom:)

Yes ofcourse..only thing you should care is your vehicle. Parking is not free there..anytime you may get towed..
If you are asking about depth, it depends on the tide. But average depth is about 15 feet. But gets deeper during high tide
Not a scam place. I go with my brothers every week. There are many sign posts that say they tow anyone without the parking sticker. Staff is also very nice. It's very aggressive and I do not like the policy either but its their policy. But its definitely not a scam.
