you will see the sign near the parking lot. You can easily look for. I dont put my risk to get a ticket or fight with tow guy for any reason. Wisdom:)

You need a permit because people that go to Marina go fishing. If you don't have a permit to park you shouldn't park. If you have a permit to fish, then you can park there.
