They seem to be at the mercy of the vendors. They don't have tea and the server gave us an attitude when we were trying to decide what to order. They insisted on putting the credit card in the machine. Why couldn't we do this ourselves? We had to beg them to turn up the heat. Their prices seem excessively high event with the senior discount. What happened to the customer is the boss montre of business.

I've been going to Billy's for about 20 years and have never been disappointed with the roast beef or the seafood I got a haddock plate and a beef the fish was a genuis slab that was cooked perfectly The beef sandwich was as good as its always is
